Cinecraft ("we", "us", "our") builds sports streaming and media workflow tools. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Our products may collect the following types of data depending on which features you use:

  • Account information — If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, YouTube), we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by that service.
  • Streaming credentials — Stream keys and platform tokens needed to broadcast on your behalf. These are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Cinecraft servers.
  • Usage analytics — Anonymous, aggregated usage data to help us improve our products. This does not include personal information or content you stream.
  • Purchase information — If you purchase a product through Stripe, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.

How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate your access to third-party streaming platforms
  • To process purchases and deliver products
  • To improve our products based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with third-party platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and Stripe. When you connect these services, their respective privacy policies apply to the data they collect. We encourage you to review their policies:

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to any Cinecraft product using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of the data we received from Facebook. Here's how:

  1. Remove Cinecraft from your Facebook settings — Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, find Cinecraft, and remove it. This revokes our access to your Facebook data.
  2. Email us to confirm deletion — Send an email to privacy@cinecraft.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Facebook account.
  3. Confirmation — We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

The data we may have received from Facebook includes your name, email address, and profile picture. Stream keys and platform tokens are stored locally on your device and are not retained by Cinecraft servers.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you request data deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
