Do viewers need a seat?
No. Grandparents and friends watch on YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch for free. Seats are only for the phones and iPads that stream.
What is a seat?
A seat is one single-use code. Redeeming it turns on Pro for that device until the pass runs out.
How long does a pass last?
12 months from the day you buy. Every code from that purchase runs on the same clock, whether it is redeemed on day one or halfway through the season.
Can we move a seat to someone else?
A code binds to the device that redeems it. Write to us and we will revoke it and send a fresh one.
Which currency, and what about tax?
Prices are in USD. Stripe shows your local currency at checkout, and tax is added where required.
