Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any Cinecraft product, service, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Our Services

Cinecraft provides sports streaming and media workflow tools, including but not limited to:

• CineSportCam — A live sports streaming app for iOS
• CineTransfer — A macOS file transfer application
• CineSwitcher — A multi-camera switching tool
• LiveCaster — A web-based remote scoring tool
• BlackMagic Calculator — A free settings calculator

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Cinecraft software
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

Accounts and Authentication

Some of our Services require authentication through third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts and any activity that occurs through your use of our Services. Cinecraft is not responsible for unauthorized access to your third-party accounts.

Purchases and Payments

Certain products and features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe or the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees
• Refund policies are subject to the terms of the platform through which you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store refund policies)

Intellectual Property

All Cinecraft software, branding, content, and materials are the property of Cinecraft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, stream, or transfer using our Services. Cinecraft does not claim ownership of your content. We do not monitor, store, or have access to the content you stream or transfer through our tools.

Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with third-party platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Cinecraft is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cinecraft does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Live streaming involves many variables outside our control, including network conditions, hardware performance, and third-party platform availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinecraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of streaming services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cinecraft in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
